I’ve been doing pretty well since my last post, outside the job ordeal. I’ve been keeping to Meatless mondays (and if I can’t keep a monday, I do another day instead). I had a mostly meatless week! I’m enjoying a different look at food. <3
Currently, today, I’ve hit my 25 pounds lost mark! I feel like this is a great milestone but at the same time I feel like I need more gone. I want it to leave my arms like now. But arms are, as I’ve been told, the hardest and probably last to go.
Meatless Mondays! Do it!
Though I usually have one vegg day a week, I’m gonna do this even more!
I lost 2.4 pounds over the past two weeks, and am settled right at 250lbs. Not too bad. I really slacked on working out do to an increase in work hours. But I see where I went astray and am reigning back to where I need to be.
I bought some weights to do arm exercises because they are one of the spots that annoy me the most.
I also was bad and went on a cheese binge. Bought some fantastic goat cheese which mom and I devoured and then we consumed Figs stuffed with blue cheese wrapped in prosciutto. Oh god. So gooooooddd.
I hope to have my new laptop soon to up load progress pictures!

The Palm Beach Season is in full swing so the museum is getting busy and I’m pick up hours people are dropping. With that said I think my past two weeks have been pretty good!
Thanksgiving week I gained .8 pounds (though I had a terribly salt tastic dinner the night before my weigh in). That week I did push ups almost every night and did a 3 mile bike ride that had my butt and crotch angry at me for days. Lesson learned: By a seat cushion.
This week however I lost 4.2lbs which brings my grand total weight loss to 20 POUNDS!!!!!!! Ah! That’s well 20% of the weight loss to reach /my/ goal. I don’t understand quite how weight watchers does theirs, I think it’s of my total body weight. I picked up doing zumba again and was a bit more food conscious.
Speaking of the grand WW, their new system is out. I’m still finding what’s new about it, but I like that it gives me a weekly activity point goal. Mine is 14! which means by the end of three Zumba works outs (of varying times) I’m done!
I wish I could post a picture but SADLY my newer laptop is so VERY DEAD. I’m on my almost 10 year old dell laptop, this clunker gets me by for now. I’ll be getting a new laptop for christmas, my only gift this year, though I am in sore need of clothes that fit me. lol
How is everyone else doing?
At my last weigh in I only lost .4 pounds (but my sister lost 4! she just started, so proud of her!). I had a very ‘social’ week and went out to eat more than enough times, I’m just glad I didn’t gain!
However! I think, even with thanks giving, my weigh in this Saturday will be great! Just did a 1 and a half hour 3 mile (leisure) bike ride.
Out thanks giving was great, lots of healthier choices. candied Butternutsquash (instead of yams), apple-cranberry cornbread stuffing, baked greanbeans and turkey, mmmm. couldn’t even fit in the apple crisp dessert, so that’s my dessert tonight!
How did everyone else do?
I woke up early and drug my sister to my mom’s house for my mom’s birthday where we hung out and gave her gifts and chatted. Then I went to go weigh in and lost an amazing 3.4 pounds.
I’ve over all lost 16.3 pounds and now weigh 256 (point something, can’t remember).
I am EXCITED. I’m changing my goal to be a loss of 30 pounds by christmas instead of 20, since I might be able to attain that in the next week or so.
My measurements are a bit wonky. I’ve lost 4 inches in my waist, but gained in others. I don’t know if we ever measure in the right spot.
NSV, I was able to slip comfortably into a pair of jeans I haven’t worn in a looonnnggg time.
ALSO, I went to the taylor swift concert in Miami. IT WAS MAGICAL AND FANTASTIC! a gift from my sister. I loved it!
FORGOT TO UPDATE!
I lost two pounds last week, which brings me up to 12.8 pounds lost. 258.6 is my current weight.
I’ve been eating well, but I had one splurge night with a girlfriend, but I made up for it in working out and and more yummy power foods and 0 point foods.

Back down to 261.6
I did get my sister on the wagon now, so she’ll be joining me in my weight watchers fun!
We’ll have to see how she does with her busy schedule.
